WE DO NOT WORK WITH BANK DELIVERY
a) If the registration is canceled up to 30 (thirty) days before the course date, in writing, we will refund 75% (seventy-five percent) of the amount paid;
b) If canceled up to 15 (fifteen) days before the course date, in writing, we will grant a credit of 70% (seventy percent) of the amount paid to be used in the next Archer Consulting course, if any. This credit can only be used in the subsequent course, and there may be differences in values when renewing the registration.
c) Registration may be transferred to another participant until the course date, at no additional cost, as long as the change is communicated in writing in advance.
d) If the registrant does not attend the course date and has not given written notice of its cancellation or replacement, he/she will NOT be entitled to a refund of any amount paid.
