Graduated in Administration, with an MBA in Business Management from FGV.<\/p><p>Arnaldo has worked for almost 30 years in the agricultural commodities market, in the Commercial and Risk areas, in companies such as Cargill, Esteve, Copersucar, Macquarie Bank and Coimex Trading.<\/p><p>He worked in the USA, England, Germany and Switzerland, always working with hedging, options and derivatives. He was also director of the agricultural area at BM &amp; F Commodities and Futures Exchange, in S\u00e3o Paulo.
